Vice President Mike Pence to campaign in Mosinee Wednesday

Vice President Mike Pence will visit Wisconsin again on Wednesday as the campaign makes its final push in this battleground state.

The vice president will hold a rally at Central Wisconsin Airport, according to a press release from the Trump campaign.

The event is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. with doors opening at 1:30 p.m. Doors will close by 2:30 p.m.

"Trump and his administration have declared they are done trying to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, and his campaign is nothing more than a reminder to voters that he has completely failed to keep Wisconsinites safe," Democratic Party of Wisconsin Spokesperson Phillip Shulman said. "It’s clear Wisconsinites are sick of Trump’s failed leadership and will send Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to the White House on November 3rd."

His visit will follow a rally hosted by President Trump in West Salem on Tuesday.

The campaign stop is the latest in a slew as surrogates and President Donald Trump himself make the case for why Wisconsin should cast its electoral votes for the Republican candidate a second time.
