MADISON (WKOW) -- Officials are investigating a vehicle fire that sent one person to the hospital.
It happened Wednesday morning at the intersection of Forward Drive and Schroeder Road. According to the fire department, a passerby rescued the driver from the vehicle.
When firefighters arrived, the vehicle was fully on fire, and EMS crews treated the driver and took them to a hospital.
Officials are now trying to figure out what caused the fire.
