MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police are investigating a death after a body was found in the water of Monona Bay on Wednesday.
Spokesperson Anthony Vogel said officers responded to the 900 block of West Shore Drive around 12:25 p.m. for a reports of a body in the water.
Officers arrived and found the person dead.
The investigation is continuing.
