Two officers have been cleared in an officer-involved shooting in Walworth County.
That shooting was caught on a squad car camera.
Jesse Smith, a Walworth County deputy, and Robert Rayfield, an Elkhorn police officer, encountered Kris Kristl on County Road H in Elkhorn on February 2.
The officers were responding to a call for a reckless driver.
Investigators say Kristl pointed a gun at one of the officers and that's when he was shot and killed.
Kristl's mother maintains he reached for his cell phone.
