A grieving family is speaking out following Tuesday's deadly home invasion on Madison's North Side. Raychelle Scott is the mother of the 33 year old man who was shot and killed, who has only been identified as "Michael". She was joined by Michael's fiance' in saying that he was never in gang and they weren't sure who would hold a grudge against him, calling him a wonderful son and father.
The family also asked anyone with information on the murder to contact Madison police.
The home invasion happened just after 4 p.m. Tuesday at an apartment on Northport Drive. Madison police have said they are searching for 3 to 4 suspects.
