A Beaver Dam woman, who was looking to render aid at a crash scene, was struck and killed after getting out of her vehicle. The accident happened just after 5 a.m. Thursday morning on Highway 151 in Dodge County.
The 37 year old woman was on the shoulder of the road when she was hit by an oncoming truck that had swerved to avoid the victim's car.
Nobody was hurt in the initial crash.
