Authorities have identified the Pardeeville man killed this week in an officer involved shooting. He was 64 year old Thomas Selje, who died at the scene of the residence on Vince Street Monday night. The State Justice Department says when a Columbia County Sheriff's deputy was arriving to the scene, they encountered gun fire originating from the home, prompting the deputy to fire. The investigation continues.
