An exposure case at Hoyt Park on Madison's West Side. Police say the suspect pulled up next to a woman in a nearby vehicle and then explosed his genitals around 4 o'clock on Monday afternoon. The woman made eye contact with the suspect, who had an "excited look on his face."
The suspect was last seen driving away and heading eastbound on Regent St.
Suspect is a male, in his 30's, with a darker complexion, shorter than 6', average build, black facial stubble, wearing a dark knit hat, dark hoodie and dark undershirt. Suspect was driving a 4 door Saab gray or black with obstructed license plates.
