An attempted homicide late Tuesday night in Madison. Police say a man was shot near Brittingham Park just before midnight. Police found the victim in a car on West Washington Avenue. He was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
A suspect remains at-large and has been described as an African American male, unknown age.
Police believe the shooting was targeted.
