A 25 year old woman is hospitalized with serious injuries following a stabbing on Madison's South West side early Thursday morning. She is expected to survive. Police say the suspect, a 37 year old man who initially fled the scene, has been taken into custody in another county. Cops were called to Chester Drive, off Highway PD, just before 1:30 a.m. Several small children were also in the home.
