UPDATE (WKOW) -- Two people died when a car and van collided in Dane County Sunday night.
This happened on Highway 113 in the Town of Dane, between Waunakee and Lodi.
A preliminary investigation indicates a the car, driven by 35-year-old Dion Carmickle of Fitchburg, was southbound on 113 when it crossed the centerline and hit a van driven by 60-year-old Antoinette Dohm of Dane.
The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office released their identities Monday.
