From Madison police:
On 05/04/2018 at approximately 1:21 AM Madison Police Department officers responded to an armed home-invasion in the 5100 block of Hazelcrest Drive. During the home-invasion, a handgun was discharged by one of the suspects. No persons were injured and the investigation continues. MPD believes that the residents were targeted. The suspects remain at-large. The investigation continues.
