CROSS PLAINS (WKOW) -- Officials say a Dane man has life-threatening injuries after his motorcycle crashed Sunday afternoon.
According to Dane County Sheriff's Office, the 60-year-old man was headed east on Highway 14 in Cross Plains around 12:30 p.m. when a turkey ran out from the ditch. The bike hit the turkey, causing a crash near Rock Dell Road.
Authorities say the Dane man is in the hospital with serious and life-threatening injuries. He was not wearing helmet.
