Rage against slot machine sends paramedics to Ho-Chunk Casino

MADISON (WKOW) -- A customer at the Ho-Chunk Casino in Madison became enraged last Thursday night when the payout on a slot machine wasn't as large as he expected.

He slammed the machine in frustration, breaking the glass display and sending shards of glass toward the person next to him, according to the Madison Fire Department.

Paramedics met with the person who was next to him. He said he got glass in his eye. By that time, he said he was no longer experiencing any discomfort, and paramedics left without taking him to the hospital.

The customer who broke the glass told paramedics that he had a cut on his hand, but paramedics only found a small scratch. He requested to be taken to the hospital anyway.
