A former Dane County sheriff's deputy was convicted of stealing from his union.
Court records show Joel Wagner pleaded guilty to three felony counts against him, including one for identity theft.Prosecutors say Wagner stole $10-thousand from the Dane County Sheriff's Association.
He'll be sentenced on October 16
