Cocaine, guns and cash seized in Madison drug raid

Three Madison men were arrested Tuesday during a raid by the Dane County Narcotics Task Force that seized 1.25 kilos of cocaine, eight guns, more than $60,000 and two vehicles.

Louis S. Boatner, Jr., 43, Madison was arrested and faces charges for possession with intent to deliver cocaine and felon in possession of a firearm.

Joseph K. Glenzer-Morton, 27, Madison, was arrested and faces charges for possession with intent to deliver cocaine and felon in possession of a firearm.

Stanley B. Edwards, 64, Madison, was arrested for maintaining a drug dwelling.

The street value of the seized cocaine would be more than $125,000.

Search warrants were executed on a Troy Drive apartment and two Walsh Road storage lockers. Two men were arrested on Troy Drive, with the third suspect taken into custody following a traffic stop on Atticus Way.

Supporting the task force on this ongoing drug investigation were Madison police SWAT, ATF agents and K9 units from the Madison Police and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
