Foxconn and Wisconsin say they are moving forward

Foxconn says it's still committed to southeast Wisconsin, it's just not committed to a factory. The Taiwanese electronics giant yesterday announced that it is "shifting" its focus at its campus near Racine. Instead of a manufacturing facility that was supposed to make LCD screens, and employ 13-thousand people, Foxconn says it wants to now build a research and development hub.
