All lanes reopen on Interstate near Beltline

UPDATE (WKOW) — The eastbound Beltline ramp to southbound I-39/90 and lanes surrounding that area are reopened after they were closed because of deteriorating road conditions.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said lanes were cleared at 2:25 a.m. Friday.

MADISON (WKOW) — The eastbound Beltline ramp to southbound I-39/90 remains closed Thursday afternoon because of deteriorating road conditions discovered Wednesday night on the Interstate.

Significant delays are expected on southbound I-39/90 in the Madison area during this afternoon’s commute.

Beltline traffic is being detoured to Wisconsin Highway 73.
