Federal grand jury indicts man linked to missing Tennessee teenager

(WKOW) — A federal grand jury indicted a man accused of bringing a missing Tennessee teenager to Madison.

Bryan Rogers, 31, now faces two federal counts, including producing child pornography and lying to the FBI.

Authorities say Rogers met the teen online. They say the girl told Rogers she was being sexually abused and he asked her to send him video evidence, which she did.

Investigators say Rogers then went to Tennessee and brought the teen to Madison.

Rogers is due in court Thursday. He is expected to enter a plea.
