(WKOW) — Rising water due to melting snow and rain is causing closures throughout southern Wisconsin.
ADAMS COUNTY
CTH J is closed at 6th Ct.
CTH A is closed at 9th Dr.
AVOCA
Flooding has caused crews to block all lanes of WIS 133 both north and southbound at WIS 80.
Authorities are providing an alternate route:
Westbound traffic: South on WIS 80 to County P, then north back to WIS 133. Reverse for eastbound traffic.
BLANCHARDVILLE
All lanes in both directions are blocked on WIS 78 at County H because of flooding, according to WisDOT.
COLOMA
STH 21 closed from STH 13 to I-39. Traffic detoured to STH 13, STH 82, then I 39. It is unknown when the road will re-open.
COLUMBUS
Due to flooding over the roadway, WIS 60 is closed at Riddle Rd.
DALTON
Cth. H south of Sth.44 east of the Village of Dalton

DARLINGTON
The Main Street bridge in Darlington closed Thursday morning due to flooding.
The bridge is over the Pecatonica River, which is high after rain and melting snow.
Police ask you to avoid the area and find another route.

A detour route for the Highway V closure has been established: North Towne Road to Vinburn
Road, Vinburn Road west to Main Street, Main Street north to South Street, South Street west to
River Road.
DODGEVILLE
All lanes are blocked on WIS 191 from County Highway W to County Highway K because of water over the roadway.
The Iowa County Highway Department thinks this closure will be in effect throughout Thursday morning.
EDGERTON
Due to water over the road US 51 is closed, both directions from Wes Rollin St to Swift St.
FAIRWATER
Cth. Q south of Sth.44 to Cth.JJ, west of the Village of Fairwater
FOX LAKE
All East and West bound lanes are closed on WIS 68 between WIS 49 and County A because of water over the roadway.
GRATIOT
All north and southbound lanes are closed on WIS 78 from WIS 11 to County Rd M due to flooding over roadways.
GREEN LAKE
Sth.23 at Cth.TT, also Sth.23 east of Cth.W, between Princeton and Green Lake, has partial lane closures.
Cth. T at Suglarloaf Road (west of Green Lake).
Cth. J east of Cth.CC/St. Maire to Cth.A (north of Green Lake).
IOWA
STH 39 is closed from CTH F to CTH K
LODI
All lanes are closed in both directions on WIS 188 between Harmon Road E and County V because of water over the roadway.
All north and southbound lanes on WIS 113 at CTH J, are closed due to water over the roadway.
MADISON
South Point Road, on the City’s far west side, is experiencing high water and motorists are
being advised to avoid that stretch of roadway.
Northbound South Point Road is closed at Harvest Moon Road and southbound the road is closed just south of Fire Station 12.
As the water recedes, the road will be reopened.
Lake levels of Lakes Mendota and Monona have not risen to hazardous levels and are not expected to. Engineering staff continues to work with Dane County employees to monitor those levels as well. Flooding concerns are centered on roadways where melting snow cannot reach a storm drain.
MARXVILLE
Due to flooding over the roadway STH 19 is closed at CTH KP.
MOUNT HOREB
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says all lanes on WIS 78 both northbound and southbound between County A and Lee Valley Road are closed due to water over the roadway.
PARDEEVILLE
All lanes are closed in both directions on WIS 44 between Crown Road and Barden Road because of flooding over the roadway.
THERESA
All lanes are closed in both directions on WIS 28 between WIS 175 and I-41 because of water over the roadway.

Beloit Newark Road is closed from CTH T to Avon Store Road
Hopkins Road is closed from Douglas Road to Beloit Newark Road

Smith Road is closed from CTH T to Avon Store Road

Miles Road is closed from Pennycook Road to Consolidated School Road.
