New charges for Madison man accused in Tennessee teens disappearance

The Madison man who authorities say was involved in the disappearance of a Tennessee teen has been brought up on new charges.

Thirty-one-year-old Bryan Rogers of Madison was indicted today by a grand jury on two new counts of transporting a minor in interstate commerce with the intent that the minor engage in sexual activity, according to a press release from Scott Blader, U.S. attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin.

The new charges are a criminal offense in Wisconsin, Blader said. The state charge would be sexual assault of a child.
