A half an hour of chaos in Madison ends with 2 men hospitalized with gunshot wounds. They are expected to recover. It all began just before midnight Thursday outside of the Kwik Trip on Northport, where it appears shots were fired between two vehicles. From there, the gunfire resumed along the East Washington Avenue corridor. And then just before 12:30, Madison police were called a residence on Burdette Court, on the south side, for 2 men with gunshot wounds. No other injuries were reported.
