Madison Rastafari church founders charged with drug felonies

The founders of a Rastafari church in Madison have been charged with drug-related felony crimes following their arrests last month and a police raid on their downtown location.

During a brief court appearance Tuesday, Dylan P. Bangert, 23, was charged with manufacturing THC with intent to deliver, possessing THC with intent to deliver, and maintaining a drug house.

Jesse Schworck, 39, who also was arrested in the raid last week faces five felonies and two misdemeanors, according to the criminal complaint filed Tuesday.
