Wisconsin Senate passes‘born alive' bill on voice vote

The Republican-controlled Wisconsin state Senate today passed the so-called “born alive” bill on a voice vote.

The bill is one of four anti-abortion bills that Democratic Gov. Tony Evers is expected to veto.
