Madison police say they arrested a 32-year-old Madison woman Thursday evening for assaulting two City of Madison parking ramp attendants early that morning.
Keisha A. El, Madison, faces two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct.
El was pulled over on Swanton Drive and taken into custody on two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct.
