Two people are dead in a crash involving a semi-tractor trailer on Interstate 94 in Racine. The accident happened near Mount Pleasant around 11am Wednesday morning. The drivers of the two semis involved in the accident were killed, after one hit a construction barrier and caused a chain reaction that caused explosions and set other vehicles on fire. Three other vehicles crashed due to the accident. Two individuals in the cars suffered serious injuries.
