Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway criticized federal and state lawmakers for “failing” to act on gun reforms in the wake of the shooting at the Shake the Lake festival.
Two groups of people fought shortly before the shots were fired, according to Madison Police Department. Officials said one person has non-life threatening injuries and they believed the people involved knew each other
