Democratic presidential candidates to speak in Wisconsin Thursday

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) — Four presidential candidates are scheduled to speak in Wisconsin Thursday.

They will be at the League of United Latin-American Citizens 90th annual National Convention and Exposition in Milwaukee.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Beto O’Rourke and Julian Castro will be speaking at a town hall style event at 6:00 p.m.

Convention officials said President Trump was invited, but they never heard back from his team. He will be in Milwaukee Friday for a separate fundraiser.

The LULAC National Convention and Exposition is said to bring more than 20,000 people to Milwaukee over four days. LULAC is the oldest and largest Hispanic advocacy organization in the country.
