Two people were arrested on Madison’s west side Friday morning after bystanders jumped into action and helped police chase down the suspects.
Damonioius L Falls, 18, Madison, faces charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, reckless endangering safety – 3 counts, hit-and-run, bail jumping, adjudicated delinquent in possession of a firearm, eluding and possession of a stolen gun.
Kishaun J. Brooks, 17, Fitchburg, faces charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent – passenger, bail jumping and possession of THC.
