Victim’s brother accused in Sun Prairie shooting

(WKOW) — Police said the man hurt in a Tuesday night shooting in Sun Prairie is stable and recovering from a gunshot wound to his left arm.

According to a press release, the shooter was the 23-year-old victim’s 16-year-old brother. Deputies arrested him in Fond du Lac County during a traffic stop. He is tentatively charged with 1st Degree Reckless Endangering Safety.

Police said the 23-year-old was not willing say anything more about the shooting or his brother.

The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. in apartment 311 of the 300 building of the Element on Main apartment complex.
