Milwaukee Brewers new uniforms feature ball-in-glove emblem as primary logo

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) — The Brewers will again use the fan favorite ball-in-glove logo as its primary symbol when its 50th season begins in 2020.

The team made the announcement during a ceremony to unveil its new uniforms and updated look Monday night at Miller Park in Milwaukee.

The team says the uniforms and logos pay tribute to Milwaukee and Wisconsin in many obvious and subtle ways. Home uniform jerseys will be cream to pay homage to Milwaukee’s nickname, The Cream City. Away jerseys feature an outline of the state of Wisconsin, while alternate uniforms will feature the same bright blue hue the club wore during the late 1970s until the early 1990s.
