A registered sex offender from Columbus was sentenced today to six years in prison after being convicted of possession of child pornography.
David A. Brickett, 54, Columbus, was sentenced by Dodge County Circuit Court Judge Brian A. Pfitzinger.
In January 2018, the Wisconsin Department of Justice obtained a search warrant for possession of child pornography at a location in Columbus.
Brickett admitted that he had pictures of nude underage boys on his electronic devices, according to a news release from the Dodge County District Attorney's office.
