A Madison man accused of sexually assaulting a woman with disabilities is now charged.
Tremaine Williams, 35, appeared in court for the first time on Tuesday where he was charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault and two counts of third degree sexual assault.
Investigators say heforced a stranger to touch himwhile they were riding a Madison Metro bus on January 9.
Police say the incident was reported when the bus arrived at the East Transfer Point.
