Madison man arrest for 5th OWI after driving off I-94

MADISON (WKOW) -- A 35-year-old Madison man was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol for his fifth OWI on Sunday morning.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, they got a report that a blue Volkswagen Jetta drove off I-94 in Dane County around 12:04 a.m.

After Troopers investigated the scene, they found Matthew Chingo to be the driver of the vehicle. 

Troopers determined Chingo was operating under the influence and placed him under arrest.

Chingo is facing charges for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
