Record warm Sunday in Madison and Milwaukee

It was a record breaking Groundhog Day in Madison. The high temperature reached 51°, surpassing the old record set in 1987 by 4°. Milwaukee hit 56, which also set a record for the day.

And if you missed it, Sun Prairie's Jimmy the Groundhog DID see his shadow, which means 6 more weeks of winter. But Pennsylvania's Punxsutawney Phil did not, so that would mean early spring.
