Pick ‘N Save offering temporary jobs those who are currently unemployed

Like most grocery stores, Pick 'N Save is having a hard time keeping up with pick-up and delivery orders at their stores. To decrease wait times for orders, they're looking to hire more workers.

Job fairs were held at locations across the state on Wednesday, including the store on Junction Road in Madison. The jobs offer flexible hours and will last as long as the candidates need the jobs.

"As you know, there are a lot of unemployed people out there in the state. We're being very flexible, we've got hotel workers, restaurant workers, hospitality workers that have lost their jobs and when the economy recovers, the world catches its breath. If they need to go back to those jobs, we're flexible, they can do that," said Jim Hyland, VP of Communications and Public Affairs at Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc.

The job openings are for their online orders, including filling delivery and pick-up orders. If you're interested in applying just inquire at your local Pick 'N Save or click here.
