ROCK COUNTY (WKOW) -- Rock County Public Health Department updated their COVID-19 guidance on Friday to now "strongly recommend" face coverings when inside public spaces or outdoors whenever around anyone who is not a part of your household.
RCPHD also "strongly recommends" that businesses and employers require the use of cloth face coverings. The same goes for schools and universities when staff and students are together in person.
The public health department adds that the best measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to practice social distancing.
