Police seek help finding man accused of ‘violently victimizing’ people

The Madison Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding an 18-year-old accused of using violence while out on bail.

Police said in an incident report updated Friday that Sir Emarion M. Tucker, 18, should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him should call 911, authorities said.

Police allege that Tucker is accused of "violently victimizing" people while out on bail.

Tucker was charged with first-degree sexual assault, armed robbery and burglary for a September, 2018 case.

A warrant was issued for Tucker's arrest in connection to a May 2020 attack and attempted sexual assault on Radcliffe Drive.

Police said they have also developed probable cause to arrest Tucker for an attempted carjacking, robbery, and battery of a 77-year-old woman on Cottage Grove Road earlier this month.

Those with information on Tucker's whereabouts should contact Madison Area Crime Stoppers at (608) 266-6014 or by computer at P3Tips.com.
