(Milwaukee, WI) -- Over 90 percent of Republicans and Democrats in Wisconsin say they have their mind made-up about the presidential race, it is the independents who will decide the race. The latest Marquette Law School poll gives Joe Biden a five point lead over President Donald Trump, 49-44. That's essentially the same spread that the two have seen for months. Independents are the ones who will swing the race. The poll says 39 percent of independents support Biden, while 34 support President Trump. Eighteen percent of independents say they don't like either candidate or don't know who they will vote for.
