A group of protesters have blocked an intersection on University Avenue in Madison.
The crossing, University Avenue at Midvale Boulevard, is near Hilldale Shopping Center.
Dane County dispatchers said they learned of the protest just after 5 p.m.
The protesters could be heard on video chanting "No justice, no peace. No racist police."
The protest is comprised of cars and people on foot.
