Snow and rain expected in southern Wisconsin

Snow is expected to push in early Tuesday morning and it is at first expected to be a light to moderate, wet snow. It will spread through to the northeast.

Most of the region is expected to see anywhere from 2 to 3 inches or snow. Locally up to 4 inches is possible.

Timing of the snowfall will impact travel, specifically the morning commute. The type of snow will likely lead to slushy, slippery conditions.

Snow transitions to rain Tuesday afternoon and continues as scattered showers through most of Wednesday.

Dry conditions return for Thanksgiving.

High temperatures range from the low-to-mid 40s most of this week.
