Charles Barkley donates $45,000 to Malcolm Brogdon's charity on live TV

During the NBA on TNT Postgame Show, Charles Barkley put up $45,000, the cost of one well as part of Malcolm Brogdon's Hoops2O initiative that brings clean drinking water to East Africa, while interviewing Brogdon following the Milwaukee Bucks' 125-103 win over the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The charity's official statement on their home page, where people can donate to the cause, is: Founded by Milwaukee Bucks point guard Malcolm Brogdon, Hoops2O recruits players from across the NBA to raise funds and awareness for clean water initiatives in East Africa.

As of 11 p.m. CT on May 17, in the hours following the Milwaukee Bucks' Game 2 victory, the charity was $12,000 short of its $225,000 goal.
