Bucks hold off short-handed Timberwolves 106-104

Despite not having Karl Anthony-Towns and others available, the Minnesota Timberwolves gave the Milwaukee Bucks all they could handle Wednesday evening. However, the Bucks prevailed 106-104 behind 32 points from Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Antetokounmpo also finished with a game-high 17 rebounds.

Three other Bucks starters reached double figures in the win: Khris Midldeton (13 points), Brook Lopez (11), and Eric Bledsoe (10), who played only 20 minutes in his second game back from a leg injury.

Milwaukee played without Wesley Matthews, who sat out with injury. Five bench players combined for 34 points in the win.

Minnesota had seven players reach double figures in scoring, led by Shabazz Napier's 22 points.

Milwaukee has won four games in a row and will play next against the San Antonio Spurs at Fiserv Forum on Saturday night. They'll play the Spurs again Monday night in San Antonio to start a four-game road trip.
