Mayor Pete Buttigieg had his own Jeb Bush "Please Clap" moment as he begged supporters to applaud for him during an appearance in Iowa.
Bush, the former Governor of Florida, was widely mocked during the 2016 campaign when he begged an audience to clap after he delivered what he thought was a powerful applause line.
The similarities are striking to be sure, but we here at "The Dan O'Donnell Show" believe Mayor Pete sounds a lot more like a beloved "Simpsons" character than he does Jeb Bush.
