(Grand Chute, WI) -- There is a manhunt underway in northeastern Wisconsin. Police are looking for the 17-year-old who they say shot and killed one person and wounded another at the Fox River Mall. Grand Chute Police say they are looking for 17-year-old Dezman Ellis. Officers say he killed a 19-year-old in the mall yesterday, though they are not saying why. Police say anyone who knows anything about his whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
