MADISON (WKOW) -- A state senator today said he will draft a new resolution to end Gov. Tony Evers' latest emergency order calling for a mask mandate.
In as statement, Sen. Steve Nass, R-Whitewater, said he would immediately begin drafting another senate joint resolution to end Evers' latest order.
Evers issued his order shortly after the Assembly voted to overturn the current statewide mask order.
Nass said he also would be calling on senate leadership to consider filing for an emergency action in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
