UPDATE (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin State Patrol says the person who died in the crash is a 31-year-old woman from Chicago, Illinois.
In a news release Tuesday night, troopers said there were 10 people in the SUV. Names of the people involved have not been released. They range in age from one month old to 31 years old. All are from Chicago.
According to the State Patrol, only the one-month-old boy was using a seat belt.
Troopers said all eight of the people who were hurt have injuries that are not life-threatening. Seven of the eight people injured were taken to UW Hospital. The eighth was taken to Divine Savior Hospital.

One victim died at the scene of the crash, and the eight other passengers in the car were transported to a hospital by ambulance and Med Flight helicopter.
According to an incident report from the DOT, an Acura SUV carrying nine people left the road and crashed into a ditch Tuesday afternoon, ejecting several passengers who were not wearing seatbelts. Some of the victims were children.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is still investigating the cause for the SUV leaving the road.

UPDATE (WKOW) -- Staff from the Columbia County Medical Examiner's Office are responding to the scene of the crash. Adults and children were involved in the crash, but no fatalities are confirmed.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, three Medflight helicopters transported victims in critical condition.
UPDATE (WKOW) -- Traffic now closed in both directions around Lodi.
ARLINGTON (WKOW) -- All traffic on northbound I-90 is shut down after a single-car rollover crash led to multiple injuries Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, all lanes of traffic in that direction will be closed for approximately two hours.
Multiple Medflight helicopters are headed to the scene, per Wisconsin State Patrol.
The crash occurred at mile marker 117.2, just outside of Arlington. The interstate is closed back to Exit 115 at Lodi.
