MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice is looking for a vehicle that was involved in a deadly hit-and-run early Wednesday morning in Milwaukee.
A statewide alert was issued at about 8 a.m. asking people to keep an eye out for a 2002 to 2006 Nissan Altima that's tan in color.
The licenses plate number is unknown.
According to the alert, at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday in intersection of South 21st St and West National Avenue the vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian.
Authorities said the vehicle should have severe damage to the front end with the right inner fender well missing, along with a missing right mirror.
