(Waukesha, WI) -- The man accused of driving through a Christmas parade and killing six people in Wisconsin will go to trial in October. Darrell Brooks Junior appeared in court where the judge ruled his trial will start on October 3rd. He has pleaded not guilty to over 70 charges. If he's found guilty of one of six homicide charges, he'll spend the rest of his life in prison.
