VERONA (WKOW) -- Verona Police arrested a boy in a sexual assault at Verona High School.
Verona Police Chief David Dresser says officers were called to the school just after noon Thursday for a report of an assault in a single-stall bathroom.
Police arrested the boy for first-degree sexual assault and took him to the Juvenile Reception Center. Police say this was an isolated incident between two students. They do not plan to have an additional law enforcement presence at the high school Friday.
